Single crown and veneer: Patient presented with existing crown on central (tooth 21) where tooth had been previously root treated, as is evident through discolouration of the soft tissue. Patient opted for a crown on 21 to improve the aesthetics and a porcelain veneer on 11 to increase the length of both central anteriors. The preparation of the discoloured stump was taken more sub gingival to show less darkening around the gum.
